Christmas at Bellini
The Lakeshore General Hospital (LGH) Foundation is thrilled to report that $16,000 was raised at their new holiday dinner fundraiser, Christmas at Bellini, held in partnership with Bellini Resto Café in Kirkland. 100% of the proceeds from this event will go directly to purchase much-needed equipment for the LGH Emergency Room.
The glittering holiday event was held on Monday, December 12th, 2011 at Bellini Resto Café. The terrific “Cousin Vinny” Barrucco of Virgin Radio 96’s Afternoon Rush brought fun and flair to the stage throughout the night as MC. Over ninety guests enjoyed cocktails and scrumptious hors d'oeuvres and entered to win wonderful raffle prizes.
Two very special guests, Santa and Mrs. Claus, stopped by for photos and to spread holiday cheer. Everyone then took their seats to enjoy a splendid five-course Italian feast while being serenaded by holiday tunes and classic love songs.
Thank you to the donors, participants, partners, and volunteers, who all helped to make the evening a very successful conclusion to the LGH Foundation’s 2011 ER fundraising campaign. A big thank you to Sanofi-Aventis for their generous $7,500 contribution.
A special thank you goes to Val Lanzieri of Bellini, his family, and fabulous staff. Bellini donated all of the food and drinks at no cost to the Foundation, and as a result, a true 100% of the proceeds from this evening will go directly to the LGH ER.
